Directions:

Coming from H-1 Fwy - East (Diamond Head):

Take the Pali Exit. Stay on this (booth) road and do not merge onto Pali Hwy. Take a left onto Pauoa Road then a right onto Nuuanu Avenue. At the first stoplight take a left onto North Judd Street.

After passing the cemetery on the right, pass several large monkey pod trees. Look for an open parking lot on the left with a white building set back from the road (Tenrikyo church).

Pull into the parking lot and park in any of the marked stalls. walk around the right side of the church to the back side. Look for a white wooden building on the diamond head - makai corner of the lot.

Coming from H-1 Fwy - West (Ewa):

Take the Vineyard Exit. Continue on Vineyard Blvd until you reach Liliha Street. Turn left onto Liliha Street.

Continue on Liliha Street, crossing over H-1 Freeway, North School Street and Kuakini Street. Take a right at North Judd Street. Look for the First Church of Nazarene on the left. The Tenrikyo Church will then be on the right. Look for a large open parking lot with a white building (The Church) set back from the road.

Pull into the parking lot and park in any of the marked stalls. walk around the right side of the church to the back side. Look for a white wooden building on the diamond head - makai corner of the lot.

Qigong Classes

We teach a style of qigong from the Wudang Lineage called “Shing-Ling-Mei: Beautiful Heart, Beautiful Spirit” Qigong. This unique style of qigong focuses on gentle but powerful energy cultivation to open the heart toward oneself and others. Group classes are held on a regular basis in Honolulu, Hawaii at the location listed below. Please call in advance of attending class for the first time to confirm the times and location.

2010 Classes are held:
Sunday afternoons: 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Thursday evenings: 7:00 - 8:30 pm

You are welcome to join either of the above classes at any time. If you are new to qigong it is recommended, though not required, that prior to coming to class for the first time, you attend an introductory session where qigong basics can be learned. This allows for a smooth transition into the group class. The session is about one hour, taught on an individual or small group basis and is scheduled by appointment. The fee is $15 per person.
